Emerton Shopping Centre Opening

Congratulations Woolworths Supermarkets on the opening of the second stage of Emerton Shopping Centre redevelopment this morning.

This ECI project involved the reconfiguration of the existing Woolworths supermarket into a new format, along with a complete mall realignment introducing 13 new retail tenancies and 7 new food tenancies in the northern precinct. We also completed a roof & new façade upgrade, new external pavements & landscaping for the local community to enjoy!

In September, we celebrated the opening of stage one which included the Woolworths along with 10 specialty stores.
