Top gong for Gregory Hills Town Centre

The recent Master Builders Association NSW 2019 Excellence in Construction Awards was a big night for Mainbrace.

We were honoured to take out one of the major awards, the New Retail Building – Open Price Category, for our work on the new Gregory Hills Town Centre in south-west Sydney.

A new-build project for our long-term valued customer Dart West Developments, Gregory Hills Town Centre provides a real point of difference for customers to other shopping options in the area, with a Woolworths supermarket, medical centre as well as 19 specialty tenancies.

The level of finishes in the 7500sqm centre creates a sense of opulence, as high-level multi-raked ceilings allowing natural light to flow through the clerestory windows.
