Greenwood Plaza Ceiling Upgrade comprising of new timber feature ceilings throughout zones 1, 2, 3, 4 ground level and level 1, 5, 6 and 7, to create a warmer, brighter more modern look. The project will be done at night in 2 stages, whilst the plaza remains operational. The main trades will be services modifications for new ceiling works, lighting upgrade, timber fins and panels, ceiling soffit beyond painted black, demolition of existing services and minor patching and make good.
