Construction of a new First Choice Liquor store complete with undercroft parking and loading dock. The project is primarily a framed steel structure with a metal and glass clad façade. A metal deck roof seals the project and internal partitions are a mixture of blockwork, hebel & lightweight steel stud and plasterboard.
