Concept to completion: Ausgrid Artarmon Depot

We recently handed over a new multi-purpose facility in Artarmon for our valued customer Ausgrid. The Artarmon Depot includes a modern two-level office facility to accommodate more than 150 staff, basement storage, a ground floor warehouse, undercover parking and a hardstand area for heavy vehicles.

Mainbrace began working with Ausgrid on this project in an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) capacity. ECI enables us to collaborate with our customers through the initial concept design phase to value engineer an optimum construction solution to meet their needs. It has been a rewarding experience to work with Ausgrid through the concept, design and build phases to see this project through to final completion.
