Our Team

The team at Mainbrace has grown to more than one hundred and twenty in 2011.

This includes Project Managers, Estimators, Contract Administrators, Site Managers, Business Support Specialists, Graduates and Apprentices.

Mainbrace enjoys an exceptional employee retention rate. Our management team averages more than 10 years of service and the average length of service for all staff is around six years.

We believe this is due to our open door management policy, strong senior leadership and our commitment to constantly increase the challenges, performance expectations and progression path for all our people.
