Mainbrace is led by a hands-on management team with extensive experience in all aspects of the building industry.
Our three executive directors have each worked at Mainbrace for more than 15 years and our two non-executive directors founded the company over 20 years ago.

Greg Scott
Managing Director
During his 30+ years in the construction industry, Greg has worked on projects ranging from $3 million to $120 million. As the senior member of the management team, Greg's experience and wisdom have underpinned the company's stability and consistency. Greg is actively involved in business development and new project procurement. His wide ranging local and international knowledge and experience has helped Greg steer Mainbrace on a very successful course.

Michael Witts
Director
Michael has over 25 years experience in the construction industry.
He joined Mainbrace in 1992 as a Leading Hand Carpenter. Today he uses his all-round knowledge of the construction process to lead our project teams to successfully manage even the most challenging jobs.
Michael’s direct management style, coaching capabilities and empathy for our teams in the field ensures a balanced approach to construction management.

Rob Doust
Director
Rob joined Mainbrace in 1993. After more than 15 years learning the business from the ground up, he now focuses on strategy controls and continuous improvement. Rob has led major initiatives in building the infrastructure of our business, including our IT, HSEQ and HR systems, business intelligence framework and strategic planning tools.
