His experience and wisdom have underpinned the company’s growth and culture over the last decade. Recently, Greg stepped aside as Managing Director, enacting a planned succession change. This move has freed Greg to focus on our projects, leveraging his knowledge and expertise to provide exceptional leadership, stability and consistency.

Michael has over 25 years experience in the construction industry. Having joined Mainbrace in 1992 as a leading hand carpenter, he now uses his all-round knowledge of the construction process to provide early expert advice and support to our clients, ensuring their projects the best possible start. Once underway, Michael’s direct management style, coaching capabilities and empathy for our teams in the field ensures a balanced approach to construction management and consistent service delivery.

Rob Doust
Managing Director

After more than 15 years learning the business from the ground up, Rob provides company leadership and direction, ensuring the business is aligned and focused on achieving its goals. Rob places high emphasis on customer service, innovation and value add initiatives that assist in maintaining Mainbrace’s sector leading position. Internally, Rob is a stalwart of the continuous improvement, driving internal efficiencies while keeping a close eye on control.
