In just 3 days last weekend, Mainbrace built it’s very first BRIDGE!

The bridge straddles Camden Valley Way, spanning 6 lanes (27 meters) – connecting the north and south retail levels of Narellan Town Centre.  It is made up of up of 23 precast beams, weighing 33 tonnes each.

Late each evening last weekend Camden Valley Way was closed to traffic and  the massive 450T crane setup. With a window of just a few short hours each night co-ordination was critical, as hyper-extended trucks and trailers wheeled each beam in ready for lifting.

Come Monday morning the whole process was completed – and a fairly crazy change of scenery greeted morning peak hour.

A great effort form all involved - congratulations to the Narellan Town Centre team, we are very proud!
