The Mainbrace Graduate Program is designed to give broad exposure to the fundamentals of construction as well as business operations.

• Our ongoing recruitment program seeks high achievers in any year of study, and provides on-the-job-training in Contract Administration, Site Supervision, Purchasing and Estimating
• Flexible work schedules accommodate class times, exams and holiday breaks

The Graduate Program is integral to our Mainbrace values, and enables trainees in the industry to lead their own peers by example, teamwork and personal development.

Experience gained during the program allows informed career progression toward Project Management, Estimating, Contract Administration and Site Management.
