Apprenticeships

Mainbrace understands the importance of apprenticeships for creating a sound skill base from which to develop a career within the construction industry.

Many of our staff started their careers as apprentices, some of whom have gone on to become senior staff within our organisation. We recruit students in any year of their carpentry or construction apprenticeships. In doing so we seek highly motivated young people who want to build long term careers at Mainbrace.

We provide a structured training environment that complements their studies with hands on experience.

Mainbrace partners with MG My Gateway for its apprentice needs. MG hires building and construction industry apprentices all year round.
