To do a job right and deliver it on time we need to operate on sites that are healthy, safe and environmentally sound.

Occupational Health & Safety

All Mainbrace employees, suppliers and subcontractors are expected to embrace safe work practices and always operate a safe workplace.

To ensure this happens we utilise a comprehensive safety management system compliant with AS4801.

On-site, we take a serious and proactive approach to safety. Regular consultation with all site workers is mandatory and weekly safety reviews and monthly audits provide everyone regular feedback.  

Our OH&S practices exceed the required standards and Mainbrace continues to maintain one of the lowest LTI rates in the industry.

Quality

Mainbrace believes quality starts with the right attitude and a culture which encourages detail, discipline and pride.

Our goal is to get it right the first time, minimising defects and avoiding rework.

We have adopted a ‘LEAN’ approach to defect minimisation and constantly measure and review the performance of all our jobs and trades.

Our Quality Management System (audited in 2005) is based on the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000.
